HDFC Bank – Simplifying Digital Banking Through Thoughtful Design
HDFC Bank, one of India’s premier financial institutions, partnered with FunWithPixel to elevate the user experience across one of their internal digital platforms. The objective: streamline complex workflows, reduce user friction, and deliver a clean, intuitive interface that meets the high standards of a modern banking experience.
Our team conducted extensive UX research to understand the needs of various user segments—gathering insights through interviews, usability audits, and process mapping. These findings shaped the foundation of our design approach, helping us identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within the platform’s interface and flow.
Using Figma, we translated these insights into a well-structured, user-centric design system. Each screen was carefully crafted for clarity, efficiency, and accessibility—balancing HDFC’s brand standards with real-world usability. The result is a streamlined interface that supports productivity and reduces learning curves, all while maintaining the trust and professionalism expected from a leading bank.
